Celeste Warren is a TEDx speaker, visionary leader, and former Vice President and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer with a distinguished 28-year career at a global Fortune 100 company, where she led the Global Diversity & Inclusion Center of Excellence for a decade and advanced transformative inclusion strategies. Following her retirement, she founded Celeste Warren Consulting, LLC, helping organizations build equitable systems and cultures that drive meaningful change. She is also the co-founder of Destination STEM, Inc., a nonprofit supporting students of color and underserved students pursuing STEM degrees. An internationally recognized voice on equity, Celeste is an author and sought-after speaker, whose work has been widely published and whose recent book is The Truth About Equity: What It Really Is, What It Isn’t, and Why Everyone Wins When We Get It Right. She serves on several boards and is a member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council.
