Paul Howarth is a qualified psychotherapist trained in Transactional Analysis, a former professional footballer, and an exited business owner who sold his financial services company at and has advised deals totalling £50M+. Drawing on lived experience of addiction and recovery, alongside clinical training and two decades of commercial leadership, Paul works with founders and high-performing professionals to recode the identity patterns costing them their edge. He is the creator of The CLEAR Path — a five-stage transformation framework built from the intersection of psychology, performance, and personal story — and the founder of Clear Edge, a premium identity reset programme for professionals ready to operate at full capacity.
