We’re a 30+ strong team of PR professionals, writers, and ex-journalists, with team members based across London, New York, and Canada, supported by a trusted network of freelance editors.

Many of us have worked in newsrooms. We know how journalists think, what makes a story publishable, and what gets ignored — because we’ve been on the receiving end of pitches ourselves.

Hi, I’m Riley, founder of No Strings Public Relations.

Over the last seven years, I’ve worked across the UK and US media landscape, helping thousands of brands — from ambitious startups to well-known names — secure meaningful coverage in trusted publications.

I’ve seen how powerful PR can be when it’s done properly — and how often great businesses miss out because of cost, complexity, or rigid agency contracts.

That’s why I created No Strings PR: to make journalist-led, results-driven PR accessible, flexible, and commercially sensible.

My team and I handle the heavy lifting, helping brands build authority, visibility, SEO strength, and GEO (AI search visibility) through credible media coverage.
