Bio:
Nick Spicer FRGS is CEO of Your Eco, a multi-award winning Certified B Corp™ solar energy company, and a former British Army infantry officer who commanded the last combat unit in Baghdad, Iraq in 2008. Since transitioning to renewable energy, he has designed and overseen the delivery of over 30MW of clean energy capacity across the UK and internationally, including pioneering solar installations in the Himalayas, Democratic Republic of Congo, and the Caribbean. As an NEC-level industry speaker and advisor to national banks and lenders on the renewable market, he brings unique expertise combining military precision with sustainable energy innovation. He also founded the Reduce Our Carbon charity, delivering agroforestry programmes and smokeless stoves in Central America to meet UN Sustainable Development Goals while offsetting carbon emissions.
