3-month initial term. Then 1 billing-cycle notice.

Examples of publications where we secure coverage for clients:

Led by ex-journalists, we shape stories the media actually wants — because we’ve been on the other side of the inbox.

If you can relate, you’ve come to the right place!

  • You’ve used PR before and seen the value — but sustaining it meant expensive retainers and long contracts.

  • You want clear reporting and real visibility, not vague updates or “PR activity” with little to show for it.

  • You want consistent momentum — coverage, credibility and visibility that keeps building over time.

That’s exactly why we built our PR plan differently.

Our model is designed around helping clients achieve real business impact, because when PR genuinely supports growth, partnerships last.

We focus on outcomes you can actually feel: stronger credibility, better visibility, more qualified inbound opportunities, and media coverage that supports long-term brand growth.

No fluff. No vague activity reports. Just consistent pitching, clear communication, and momentum that builds month after month.

Is this the right PR plan for you?

This plan is a good fit if:

  • You want ongoing visibility, not one-off press hits

  • You’re happy to commit for at least 6 months

  • You value credibility, authority, and consistency

  • You can give 10 minutes a day to keep momentum moving

This plan is not a good fit if:

  • You expect guaranteed coverage in specific publications

  • You’re looking for immediate results

  • You want completely hands-off PR with zero involvement

  • You’re primarily focused on SEO links rather than broader PR visibility

“The real deal — they do exactly what they say they’ll do.”

A Fairer PR Model

Typical PR agency

  • PR contracts are usually for a minimum of 6-months. Sometimes you’ll be required to give a notice period too.

  • Typically, PR agencies charge thousands a month and usually they price up each project individually so you won’t know the total cost to you until the proposal is presented.

They’ll also expect you to pick up the bill for extras, such as postage and packaging, influencer / celebrity fees, event costs and sometimes even journalist wining and dining.

  • Limited insight into what’s been pitched or what’s actually happening.

Us

  • We don’t believe in tying our clients down for 6+ months. PR should be flexible and so after an initial 3-month commitment to get you going - then 1 billing cycle’s notice.

  • Traditional PR is pricey - you could be expected to pay thousands a month. We aren’t down with that and there’s no hidden fees either.

  • Full transparency on activity, progress, and results — all in one place.

Simple, Transparent Pricing

£497 / US$667 per month

3-month commitment, then 1 full month billing cycle notice

What’s included:

  • Promotion of your brand through expert commentary, products, services, stories and wider media angles.

  • Dedicated account manager as your main point of contact

  • Client portal for full visibility and tracking

  • Press monitoring so you never miss a mention

  • Fortnightly progress updates so you always know what’s happening

  • Monthly account call to review momentum and next steps

  • PR strategy tailored to your goals

  • Content creation and pitching handled entirely by our team

  • Typically 4+ proactive PR angles per month and 20+ reactive journalist pitches, depending on strategy

  • Typically 2-4 articles delivered a month after an initial build up of a month or two (depending on the strategy).

Everything is done for you — from shaping the angles to pitching the media — so you get steady coverage, clear reporting, and PR that actually moves forward each month.

What We Do

We focus on three proven PR strategies that work together to build visibility, credibility, and momentum over time. Every campaign uses one or more of these approaches, depending on what will land best for your brand.

Each strategy is designed to deliver tangible business outcomestrust, visibility, qualified inbound opportunities, and sales momentum — not just coverage for coverage’s sake.

Promoting B2C products & services

Product-led coverage that drives demand

Two men sitting on a mattress with logos of fashion and lifestyle magazines behind them, including Glamour, T3, The Independent, The Standard, and Country Living. The text 'As Seen In' is prominently displayed.

This is about getting your product or service featured where people are already looking to buy — not telling stories for the sake of it.

We secure practical, product-first coverage such as:

  • Product roundups and buying guides

  • Reviews and hands-on features

  • Seasonal and trend-led line-ups

  • Service recommendations and expert call-outs

  • “Best of” lists and comparison pieces

What this does for your business:
It puts your product or service directly in front of ready-to-buy audiences, supports conversion, and gives prospects a trusted reason to choose you.

We handle everything — from positioning and press materials to pitching and follow-up — so journalists can include you easily and accurately.

Sharing Brand Expertise

Turn expertise into trust, visibility, and inbound leads

This is where founders, spokespeople, and subject-matter experts are positioned as credible voices people trust.

We secure expert commentary and thought-led features that get you:

  • Quoted in relevant articles

  • Featured as a trusted authority

  • Recognised repeatedly in your space

What this does for your business:
Repeated expert coverage builds trust faster, shortens sales cycles, and creates more inbound opportunities — while also strengthening SEO through high-quality mentions and links.

Over time, this creates recognition, credibility, and consistent inbound interest around you and your brand.

Telling stories

Human-led coverage that strengthens brand perception

Some coverage goes beyond products and expertise. Founder journeys, real experiences, business milestones, and human stories often create the strongest emotional connection.

We shape and pitch these stories so they feel relevant, authentic, and newsworthy, securing coverage in outlets people actually read.

What this does for your business:
Story-led coverage builds emotional buy-in, reinforces trust, and supports long-term brand value — especially when combined with product and expert PR.

It’s not about viral moments. It’s about being remembered and chosen.

What We Need From You

To deliver PR at this level and price, we need buy-in too.

After a decade in PR and thousands of media wins, we know what it takes to get results. Our secret? Being upfront from the start about what we need from you to make it happen—and what we can realistically deliver.

We're proud to offer high-impact PR at affordable rates, but to do that, we need your buy-in too. If your brand’s not the right fit, we’ll be honest—and even point you in a better direction if we can.

To get the most from us, you’ll need to:

  • PR can take up to six months to really kick in, so you’ll need the budget and mindset to stick with it.

  • We’ll need about 10-minutes a day from you to sign-off press releases, reply to journalists etc.

  • If you can turn on a computer, create a log in and reply to an email - you’re right for our subscription.

  • To be appealing to the media, we’ll need you to have a good brand identity and online presence (especially a website and social media).

  • We’ll need professional quality brand assets including high-res images, headshots etc.

  • Allow us to take the lead and be open to think about interesting angles or stories about your brand that could appeal to journalists and media outlets.

Hi, I’m Riley, Co-Founder of No Strings Public Relations.

For nearly a decade, I’ve worked across the UK and US helping brands, founders, and experts earn real media coverage — not for vanity headlines, but for visibility that builds trust and drives long-term growth.

Our team is made up of experienced PR professionals and ex-journalists who understand how newsrooms work and what editors actually want. We handle everything for you — from shaping the angle to writing, pitching, and follow-up — with clear reporting and no guesswork.

We don’t believe in fluff or overpromising. If something won’t land, we’ll tell you. If there’s a stronger angle, we’ll steer you towards it. The goal is consistent media momentum, not one-off hits that go nowhere.

Still Have Questions? We’ve Got You

  • Yes. To protect our credibility with journalists and the publications we work with, there are certain industries we don’t support.

    These include:

    • Smoking, vaping, CBD or cannabis brands
    • Politics, gambling or adult content
    • Brands selling or promoting weapons
    • Religious organisations
    • MLMs
    • Wealth coaching or property coaching programmes
    • Media outlets or publishing platforms
    • Artists, musicians and entertainment projects
    • Jewellery brands
    • Crypto / investment opportunities

  • Yes — your brand needs to be PR-ready.

    This usually means:

    • A credible website or online presence
    • A clear product, service, expert or story angle
    • Openness to different media angles
    • Around 60 minutes a week for sign-off, feedback and collaboration

Start by completing our short form. If your brand looks like a potential fit, we’ll review your submission and come back to you with next steps.

  • The first step is to complete our eligibility form.

If your brand looks like a good fit for the PR Plan, we’ll review your submission and come back to you with next steps.

In most cases, this includes a short Google Meet to discuss goals, angles and strategy before onboarding.

  • No.

The monthly fee covers your PR strategy, content creation, media outreach, pitching, reporting and account management.

Because we focus on earned editorial coverage, not paid placements, there are no media placement fees or hidden costs.

  • Not at all.

Our team handles the writing, pitching, media outreach and follow-up.

All we need from you is occasional collaboration — usually answering quick questions, approving angles, sharing useful background or providing insight when journalists request comment.

  • You’ll have a dedicated account manager overseeing your PR activity and keeping momentum moving.

    You’ll also receive:

    • A client portal for tracking progress
    • Fortnightly updates on pitching activity
    • Monthly strategy calls
    • Press monitoring so you never miss coverage
    • Clear reporting as coverage lands

The goal is to give you full visibility without the guesswork that often comes with traditional PR.

  • Once you sign up, onboarding usually happens within a few days.

During onboarding, we collect your brand information, assets, areas of expertise and PR goals.

From there, our team begins developing story angles, preparing media materials and identifying pitching opportunities.

  • Our team includes ex-journalists and experienced PR professionals who pitch media across the UK, US and Canada.

    We regularly secure coverage in:

    • National news publications
    • Major online magazines
    • Consumer media outlets
    • Industry and trade publications
    • Trusted niche titles

Because we work across multiple sectors and regions, we’re constantly pitching stories, responding to journalist opportunities and building relationships with relevant media contacts.

  • No.

No reputable PR agency can guarantee editorial coverage in specific publications because journalists ultimately decide what they publish.

What we can guarantee is consistent pitching, strong story angles, clear communication and experienced PR professionals who understand how newsrooms work.

Our model is built around long-term value, not locking clients into expensive retainers regardless of outcomes. If PR is working commercially, clients stay. If it isn’t, they don’t.

That keeps us focused on building real momentum, not vague “PR activity”.

If you prefer guaranteed delivery, our PR Media Mentions service may be a better fit.

  • PR takes time to build momentum.

Most campaigns begin generating coverage within the first one to two months. Once momentum builds, many clients receive around 2–4 articles per month, depending on the strategy, industry, media fit and level of collaboration.

Because coverage is earned editorially, results vary based on story angles, journalist interest, news cycles and publication timelines.

  • Yes.

The PR Plan has a 3-month initial commitment. This gives us enough time to develop strong angles, pitch journalists consistently and begin building media momentum.

After the initial 3 months, the plan continues on a month-to-month basis.

If you decide to cancel after that, we simply ask for one full billing cycle’s notice.

  • You’ll receive real-time press monitoring notifications as coverage goes live.

All coverage is also tracked inside your client portal, where you can view articles, links, pitching activity and campaign updates.

  • Most clients spend around 10 minutes a day responding to quick questions, approving angles or sharing insight when needed.

Our team handles the writing, pitching, follow-ups and media outreach.

Your role is simply to stay responsive so we can move quickly when journalists request comment or when timely opportunities come up.

  • We focus on outcomes that support real business growth, including:

    • Media coverage secured
    • Brand visibility and authority
    • Website traffic and enquiries
    • SEO value from editorial mentions and backlinks
    • AI search visibility
    • Long-term brand credibility

PR works best when it is measured as ongoing momentum, not just one-off press hits.

  • Yes.

We support SEO, marketing and digital agencies that want to white-label PR services for their own clients.

This allows them to offer earned media coverage, PR Media Mentions and editorial visibility without building an in-house PR team.

This service is not designed for PR agencies looking to outsource overflow work.

  • Traditional PR agencies often charge £3,000–£10,000+ per month because they are usually built around large account teams, high overheads and long-term retainers.

    Our model is different.

We focus on the parts of PR that actually create momentum: shaping strong angles, writing compelling pitches, building useful media materials, responding quickly to journalist opportunities and securing earned editorial coverage.

We are also highly organised. Our systems help us manage admin, tracking, reporting and communication efficiently, so our team can spend more time on the work that matters: thinking, writing, pitching, following up and building journalist relationships.

Because we work with a wide range of brands across multiple regions, we also benefit from experience, shared media insight and economies of scale that many traditional agencies do not have.

That allows us to keep pricing fair while still delivering thoughtful, journalist-led PR.

Our goal is simple: to make credible, commercially useful PR accessible to growing brands, not just companies with large agency budgets.

  • Sometimes.

For B2C brands, product and service promotion can form part of the PR strategy where there is a genuine editorial angle.

For B2B brands, PR is usually more effective when led through expertise, commentary, founder insight and wider storytelling rather than direct service promotion.

We’ll shape the strategy around the angles most likely to interest journalists and generate meaningful coverage.

  • No.

Many pieces of coverage include backlinks, but journalists and publications decide whether to include a link.

The PR Plan is designed to build wider credibility, visibility and media momentum, with SEO value as an important benefit.

  • Yes.

The PR Plan is collaborative, so we’ll involve you in key angles and content before outreach begins.

This helps make sure the messaging is accurate while still allowing us to move quickly when journalist opportunities come up.
